At Fabmet, we aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at nejla@turktex.co.uk. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

As all of our products are made to order and bespoke, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or color variation due to screen settings.

However, we do accept returns under the following condition:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at nejla@turktex.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Process for Faulty or Damaged Items
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please follow these steps:

1- Contact us at nejla@turktex.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.

2- Await our approval and return instructions.

3- Return the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

4- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
